Rates/Packages
All services are provided virtually, which makes it easy for students to access high-quality support from the comfort of their own home. In addition to supporting K-12 students, I also provide personalized academic and professional development assistance for adult learners. If you are seeking support for yourself in any of the areas mentioned, please do not hesitate to contact me through the form below to schedule a consultation.
Packages include a range of services to meet each individual’s unique needs, all starting at $120-$150 per hour. Additionally, all sessions come with access to the latest technology and ongoing skills maintenance to ensure that students stay ahead of the curve. Packages are fully booked and paid for in advance for the number of hours listed or established in a customized plan. Stand-alone sessions are available to customize as well to address the needs for each individual. Initial consultations are counted as the first paid hour of a package or priced at $120. This is required to get to know your needs and establish goals.
For less intensive support, consider shorter check-ins scheduled for your child to get support through more of a “life coaching” model that gives them the ability to self-advocate and bring the work they need support with to any sessions. Rates for this service are $140 per hour and pro-rated for 15 minute increments ($35 for 15 minutes, $70 for 30 minutes, and $105 for 45 minutes) if your child does not need a full hour. Stand-alone sessions are available in addition to a monthly package to secure a regular check-in time for your child throughout any given month. Please contact me for rates and scheduling.

AT Empowerment

Getting organized
Time: 1 hour
Step-by step support with accessing and organizing digital documents
Customized to fit your child’s digital service, like Google Workspace for Education (e.g., Gmail, Drive, Docs), and having your child practice with the Learning Management System (e.g., Google Classroom, Canvas, Schoology) used to access assignments, grades, and communicate with teachers
Personalized Training
Time: 3 - 1 hour sessions
Training topics will be based on your child’s specific needs with education technology (access) and Assistive Technology (accessibility)
AT Tune-Up

Fall Prep

Time: 4 hours
The Fall Prep Package provides a check in for students getting ready to transition to the next grade and is particularly useful for students entering 9th grade.
This package includes:

Hit The Ground Running (late summer/early fall)

Getting to know your child and establishing routines for a successful start to the school year including plans to self-advocate
Review any questions and concerns about tools provided through an IEP
Review the schedule for first semester
Practice logging into school account, student to demonstrate accessing the account and ensuring tools are set up/connected as needed
Setting up routines for connecting with a case manager and discussing how to access/utilize a learning strategies course
Personalized Training (early fall)
Time: 2 - 1 hour sessions
Training topics will be based on your child’s specific needs and sessions take place as they start their fall classes
Monthly Coaching
$520
Time: 4 hours total
The Monthly Coaching Package provides a set number of sessions to total up to 4 hours in a month to address your child’s individual needs and provide ongoing support. Sessions can be broken down into shorter increments if used within the same month.
This package includes:

Time: 1 hour (added to training sessions after first month)

Training topics will be based on your child’s specific needs and can include academic support, homework assistance, self-advocacy practice/support, executive function and organization of digital files
